Corvette C6 Repair Shop Fort Myers— 2005 – 2013 —
Legendary Corvette is Florida’s master certified Corvette specialist.
The C6 took everything the C5 started and sharpened the edges. Bigger engines, exposed headlights, real supercar performance with the LS7 Z06 and supercharged LS9 ZR1. It’s also the generation where harmonic balancers separate and dry-sump systems need attention.
C6 Specialists:
From LS2 to LS9.
The C6 era is when the Corvette went from American sports car to genuine supercar contender. The 7.0L LS7 Z06 and supercharged LS9 ZR1 are world-class performance machines — and they need world-class service to stay that way.
We service every C6 variant. Base LS2/LS3 cars. The 505-hp LS7 Z06 with its dry-sump oiling and titanium connecting rods. The 638-hp LS9 ZR1 with its Eaton supercharger and ceramic brakes. We know the harmonic balancer issue. We know the LS7 valve guide story. We’ve done the work.
Whether your C6 is a daily driver or a track car, we’ll keep it running like Bowling Green built it.

What We Fix On C6 Corvettes
The C6 generation introduced supercar-level performance to the Corvette lineup — and the service complexity that comes with it.
The C6 harmonic balancer is a known weak point. Outer ring separation causes vibration and belt squeal. We replace with OE or upgraded ATI/Fluidampr units.
LS7 valve guides wear prematurely on some cars — diagnosis, head removal, and proper service of this $$$$ engine.
Same issue as late C5 — column lock failure prevents start. Diagnosis, bypass, and replacement.
MRC shocks can fail or leak. We replace shocks and diagnose the controller.
Dry-sump systems need specific service procedures. We handle the oil pump drive belt, oil cooler, and full system maintenance.
LS9 supercharger oil change, inlet manifold service, intercooler system maintenance.
Same C5-era leaky butt issues persist into early C6s. We seal it up properly.
C6 power steering coolers leak. We replace with upgraded units.
LS3 cam swaps, header installs, and dyno-tuning for street and track performance.
