How much horsepower can a C7 cam swap add?
Typically 60-90 hp at the crank, depending on cam choice, supporting mods, and tune quality. We do these regularly with proper valvetrain components and a dyno-validated tune. The key is matching the cam to how you actually drive — a cam that’s too aggressive for street use is unpleasant to live with.
Will performance upgrades void my Corvette warranty?
It depends on what’s upgraded and how the failure relates to the modification. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, GM has to prove a modification caused the failure to deny warranty. We document everything, use quality parts, and advise honestly on what’s likely to affect warranty coverage.
Do you do supercharger installs on C7 Stingrays?
Yes. We install Magnuson, ProCharger, and Whipple supercharger systems on C7 LT1 cars. Done with proper fuel system upgrades, intercooler tuning, and a custom dyno tune. A C7 Stingray with a supercharger is a 600+ hp street car when built right.
What’s the best first mod for a C7 or C8 Corvette?
For a C7, the headers + cat-back exhaust + tune package is the highest-value first step — gains, sound, and a tune that addresses the AFM system. For a C8, axle-back exhaust + ECU tune is the right starting point. We’ll tell you what fits your goals and budget.
Can you tune my Corvette after I install parts?
Yes. We tune cars after customer-installed mods, but we’ll inspect the install first to confirm everything’s right before we tune. A bad install can grenade an engine no matter how good the tune is.
Do you build track-prepped Corvettes?
Yes. Brake duct installations, race pad packages, fluid upgrades, oil coolers, fuel system reinforcement, alignment for track use, and any other prep needed for repeatable hard laps without breaking the car.
